Hi and welcome to EasyPractice’s complete guide to the system!

We are so happy that you have chosen EasyPractice as your online booking software, and hope that this guide will help you throughout your entire journey with us. The guide goes through every aspect of the system and is structured around our main functions and apps.

Are you completely new to the system?

Then we recommend that you start by looking at the guides on ‘Clients’, ‘Services’ and your personal ‘Calendar’. When clients and services are set up in the system, you will find that it is much easier to navigate your way through the Online Booking as well as the Journal function: our two main functions. But the story does not end there. EasyPractice offers a large range of apps and functions that are equally helpful in running your business. To get started with these, keep reading!

Are you looking for help with a specific function or setting?

You have come to the right place! The guide goes through all the different functions that are currently available in EasyPractice. This means that we will continue to update the manual with more guides as time goes on. To find information about a specific function or setting, use the menu bar to the left side of this page. Basically, the guide is structured in the exact same way as your EasyPractice-system. Are you looking to edit your available slots in your Online Booking? Then check ‘Online Booking’. Are you looking to structure your services? Check the available options under ‘Services’. Are you looking to edit your personal details? Go to ‘General Settings’ –> ‘Your Profile’, and so on.

Structure of the guide

When you log in to your EasyPractice system, you will find the main menu bar at the top of the page. The guide is structured in the same way, starting with an introduction to the specific menu item. On the introduction page, you will also find a helpful video guide that visually guides you through the different aspects of the function. The main menu bar includes the following items:

  1. Calendar
  2. Clients
  3. Services
  4. Invoices
  5. Journals
  6. Statistics
  7. General settings
  8. Apps
  9. Online Booking
  10. Online Payments

Under every menu item, you will find a number of sub-guides. These will answer more immediate questions (for example, how to add a new service, or how to create multiple calendars), or guide you through more specific functions (for example the ‘client login’ feature). Then, under the menu item ‘Apps’, you will find guides to the large bunk of apps that can be activated in EasyPractice’s App-store.

While it might seem overwhelming with all these different functions and settings, we do recommend you to ‘learn-by-doing’. The system is developed to be as intuitive and simple to navigate as possible, and you will always find short guides and information along the way. But whenever you potentially get stuck, we hope that this guide can help you further. Good luck and have fun – and don’t hesitate to reach out to us whenever you can’t find what you are looking for!
