Print and download client appointments

We have now launched a new feature that allows you to print client agreements for a specific period. This feature provides you with all the necessary information for the insurance companies and you can easily download or print a PDF with the information you need. With this feature, you can easily keep track of your agreements and be well prepared at all times. We hope this will benefit you and make your work easier and more efficient.

How do I print my client appointments

To print out your client appointments, start by going to the Client menu in the main menu

Our calendar view in EasyPractice system

You will then see an overview of all the clients in your clinic. What you can do now is click on one of these clients, so you can select some client agreements you would like to print.

Print out both upcoming and completed appointments

When you chosen the client you want, you will enter the client profile. The print function is located at under “Appointments” .

Overview over appointments

You will now get an overview of all appointments that have been and the client’s upcoming appointments. Upcoming appointments will be at the top and completed appointments will be at the bottom of the page. If there are any appointments that were canceled, this will be shown in brackets as x canceled. This makes it easier for you to keep track.

To print out client appointments, press “print”. You will then get a box where you can choose from x date to y date. Here you can choose whether you want appointments from the last seven days or the last few years. There will also be an option where you can select only paid bookings.

What does the PDF-file tell you?

After you have pressed print, a PDF file will be downloaded to your computer. You can then click on this and a PDF file will open with an overview of all the client agreements you have selected.

  • Appointment date: in this column it will be shown when the actual appointment was or when the appointment is scheduled for.
  • Payment method: in this column it will be shown which payment method the client has chosen, in my case the client has not paid for the appointments yet and therefore it will say not paid.
  • Payment date: this column will show when the customer paid. For example, if the customer paid via EasyPay when the booking was made, it will say 01.01.2023.
  • Payment amount: this column shows the payment amount, i.e. how much the client has paid for the service you have created.
  • VAT: the last column on the far right will show how much VAT is included in the price.

It’s a great feature to have to keep track of all your appointments. Remember, you can choose as many appointments as you want for each client!
