Google Analytics is a powerful tool to collect information about your website and booking traffic. To set up the Google Analytics app in EasyPractice, you first need to have access to both a Google account and a Google Analytics account. These can be set up at google.com and analytics.google.com, and are both free to use.
Start by activating the Google Analytics app in EasyPractice’s App-store. The app is included in the price for your subscription. Then, log in to the Google account that you would like to connect to EasyPractice (if you aren’t logged in already). Note that the main account must be connected to your Google Analytics account.
In the next step, you will be able to choose which property you would like to track. The property should already have been created in your Google Analytics account. From there, you can click on ‘Activate’ to activate the Google Analytics app.
Under ‘Settings’ –> ‘Google Analytics’ in EasyPractice, you can find information about your GA setup. You will also be able to add the tracking code that Google Analytics provides. This alternative can be found at the bottom of the settings page. Finally, you can add other data, such as AdWords tracking codes and Google Tag Manager ID.
