What is the pricing of EasyPractice?

The basic monthly price is £21, which includes 500 yearly client appointments. With our flexible monthly plan you can unsubscribe any time you want without commitment, or you can get our yearly plan and save some money!

Your Online Booking page

What does my Online Booking look like?

You can go to "Settings"->"Online Booking" and then press "View Online Booking". Here you can see what your online booking page looks like to your clients.

I created a service but it is not visible in my Online Booking! What do I do?

First you need to go to "Services" and access the service in question. Make sure the service is marked as "Visible in Online Booking". Then go to "Settings"->"Online Booking" and make sure that the calendar, in which the service can be booked, is also available for online booking. Refresh your booking site and look again.

Can I customise my booking page?

You bet you can! We have an array of possibilities in terms of customising your page. You can add a description, different headings, and even a logo!

Can I insert my Online Booking page into my website?

Making your business GDPR compliant

How do you store my client data?

Your client data is encrypted and stored safely on servers in the EU (specifically in Denmark, which you may know for being one of the least corrupt countries in the world). So don't worry, we've got your back!

How can I message my clients in a way that's GDPR compliant?

You can use our Secure Messages app. Here all messages are encrypted, and your client can log on to their very own client page to message you.

Can I do more to secure my account?

If you want to go the extra mile to ensure the safety of your client information, you can activate our app 'Two-Factor Authentication', which'll add an extra step of security to your login procedure to make sure that no one but you will be able to access your account.

Do you offer a way for me to have sessions via video?

Yes we do! With our Video meetings app, you can easily set up video meetings with your clients.

Does the system make it possible for me to do consultations via text?
