New lower prices for your subscription!

We have great news for you and your online booking! EasyPractice has a huge number of users worldwide and we have been working hard to provide a great service. Because of our recent growth, we are delighted to announce that we are lowering our subscription prices.

The new prices will be active from 1st March 2021.

Our prices are different around the world. This makes us able to support each user we have as much as possible and ensures that the price reflects the number of integrations we provide for you. Essentially, the more we grow, the more we can provide and our prices reflect this.

We are very happy to announce that we are lowering our subscription prices for yearly subscribers and also lowering the tier prices in your subscription.

How a subscription works:

You can choose between a monthly or yearly subscription. This affects the price, how often you pay and the flexibility of your payments.

• If you want flexibility in your subscription and the ability to cancel at any time, choose a monthly subscription.

• If you want the cheapest subscription, choose the yearly subscription which works out at less per month than a monthly subscription.

To select and change your subscription, go to Settings -> Subscription, where you will see all the options and your current subscription settings.

New lower prices for the tier system:

Your subscription depends on the number of bookings you have each year (whether you’re on a monthly or a yearly subscription.) This is because we want to support you, no matter the size of your business so, unlike other systems, we will not charge you for an average number of bookings our users have if you have a different sized practice!

We have lowered the added prices for different tiers according to your bookings.

Below are the new prices, also available in our pricing overview. They are separated by currency so you can easily find the relevant section for you:

UK (Pounds)

We have a discounted yearly subscription for our UK users which works out at £19 per month instead of £25 as above. If you want the cheapest subscription, choose a yearly subscription. If you would rather have flexibility to cancel, stick with the monthly subscription. It’s entirely up to you!

Europe (Euros)

We have a discounted yearly subscription for our users in Europe which works out at €21 per month instead of €29 as above. If you want the cheapest subscription, choose a yearly subscription. If you would rather have flexibility to cancel, stick with the monthly subscription. It’s entirely up to you!

USA (US Dollars)

We have a discounted yearly subscription for our international users using US dollars which works out at $25 per month instead of $35 as above. If you want the cheapest subscription, choose a yearly subscription. If you would rather have flexibility to cancel, stick with the monthly subscription. It’s entirely up to you!

New prices for the Employees app:

We are so delighted that our users have included many employees in their accounts, meaning that EasyPractice is helping to run larger practices.

The price for the Employees app is now per employee and not a fixed price. Prices are as follows:

• £5 per employee per month in the UK.
• €6 per employee per month in Europe.
• $7 per employee in the USA.

This still makes our system much cheaper than competitors so that we can provide you with the lowest costing system and still ensure that we have the capacity to store all your data.
