As soon as the setup of your online booking form is done, you can connect the booking form to your website in three different ways. If you go to ‘Settings’ and to the section ‘Online Booking’, you’ll find a box at the top of the page:

By clicking this you’ll be taken to a guide for setting up the Online Booking tool. Here are the three different options for how your Booking Tool can appear on your website:

Option 1: Add the link directly to your website
If you add the URL to your booking form as text on a page, or add it as a menu item, it will open in a new tab when your client clicks on it. The link will look similar with this one: https://system.easypractice.net/book/…. Make sure to copy the link from your own Online Booking account, since it differs between users.

Option 2: Get your booking form as an element on your website
If you want the booking form to be an implemented part of your website, you need to retrieve the code snippet that is available in the second blue box, in the second field. Place the code where you’d like the form to be visible. This requires some coding knowledge, so we’d recommend that you pick the previous option, if you want the easier solution.

Option 3: Get your booking form as a pop-up window
If you use the code snippet from the third field, your booking form will be shown as a pop-up window on the screen, when your client clicks a certain button.

If you don’t have a website, you can also just give the URL link (from option 1) to your clients, or write it on your business card – or Facebook. That works fine too 🙂
