Work with clients through secure journal keeping

Many therapists and practitioners find it highly useful to take notes of a client’s history and progress. For some, it’s even a requirement to keep journals. So, we’ve developed a record keeping system for EasyPractice – meaning that notes, images and other documents can be attached directly to your client’s profile. We’ve also made sure that it’s only your account that has access to the data –  it is bulletproof and encrypted to everyone else.

So, how do you write a journal entry? You’ll just have to find your client, and then you can add as many journal entries and attachments as you want to. You’ll also be able to print, edit, delete, and lock your entries. This is how it looks like:
