Many therapists and practitioners find it highly useful to take notes of a client’s history and progress. For some, it’s even a requirement to keep journals. So, we’ve developed a record keeping system for EasyPractice – meaning that notes, images and other documents can be attached directly to your client’s profile. We’ve also made sure that it’s only your account that has access to the data – it is bulletproof and encrypted to everyone else.

In our Help Centre we have a whole section dealing with Journals.
