Making services/calendars available in your Online Booking

The first step in setting up your Online Booking is of course knowing how to make your services, calendars, and subsequent opening hours available in your Online Booking. This process is closely related to both Calendars and Services in the system. That is also why we recommend that you read their respective guides first. But to make the set-up as easy as possible, this page will solely focus on how to link them to your Online Booking.

How to make your Calendar available in your Online Booking

Calendars are not immediately available in your Online Booking. To make it possible for your clients to book an appointment in a specific calendar, start by going to ‘Settings’ in the top menu bar. Then, choose ‘Online Booking’ and click on ‘Available times’. Here, you will be able to choose which calendar(s) should be available in your Online Booking:

Finally, remember to click on ‘Save settings’ to activate the calendar for your Online Booking.

How to make services available in your Online Booking.

Services are also not immediately available in your Online Booking. To make a specific service available in your Online Booking, you need to have two things in mind:

  1. That your service is available in a calendar that has been activated for online bookings.
  2. That your service in itself has been activated for online bookings.

Both settings can be activated when you create or edit a service. Under Information, you will be able to choose what calendars the service belongs to:

Under Online Booking, you will be able to choose whether or not this particular service should be available in your Online Booking:

Then, click on ‘Next’ and finish the setup of your service.
